At that year the Association in Computer-Machines (ACM) created its Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction (SIGCHI) [1]. As a result of IIGG research on this subject, many human-computer interaction models were obtained. Figure 2 shows the evolution of these models since 2002. The Informatics Interaction Systemic Models (2002-2007) have evolved according to context changes, from low to high complexity, trying to achieve an optimal humancomputer relationship. The evolution of the complex relationship biosystemtechnosystem began with the Symbiotic Interactive System for Assisted Management or Modelo # 0 [4].

However, it should not oppose the concept of identity against globalization. Each culture must be present in this new globalized world but showing their firmly established identity. In this study culture as a hypercomplex phenomenon is presented. It involves an epistemic process [7] of building that identity. This process starts from the native origins of a community and goes on with their endogenous changes produced by new cultures that are received through physical, intellectual or virtual immigration.
